Since 2013 Xen Arts has offered Black History Month workshops in Norfolk. We feel there is a need for these workshops to be delivered here in Norfolk, a predominantly white county. Through the workshops, we aim to break down barriers and stereo types, challenge racism and encourage understanding, knowledge and appreciation of other cultures.
